We are very excited to report that the first ten weeks since the debut of the St. Regis Deer Crest have far exceeded everyone's wildest expectations. The ribbon cutting took place on December 4, 2009, and the ensuing activity (and hotel occupancy) has been almost non-stop.

Over the past ten weeks, St, Regis closed over $111,000,000 in sales of luxury condominiums and residences, making the St. Regis Deer Crest one of the most successful condominium hotel projects in the nation for 2009 and thus far in 2010.
