Deer Valley Real Estate is broken down into 4 sub-area: Lower Deer Valley (Snowpark), Upper Deer Valley (Silver Lake), Deer Crest and Empire Pass.

Lower Deer Valley aka Snow Park represents the homes and condominiums around the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort. Just minutes from historical Park City's Main Street and its shpping and restaurants. Area offers luxury mountain homes to fractional interests residences.

Upper Deer Valley aka Silver Lake represents the area around Deer Valley Ski Resort mid-mountain day lodge. Higher elevation at 8000 feet living offers ski-in ski-out private mountain homes to over 600 condominiums, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Deer Crest gated ski-in ski-out community with access to State Highway 40 to the east. 144 lots and homes on the slopes of Deer Valley with views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. St Regis sits inside its gates.

Empire Pass is a 1600 acre, all season community located on the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. Approximately 91% of this land is dedicated to open space. When completed, approximately 600 residences will be clustered in distinct neighborhoods. The majority of the residences will be located in The Village at Empire Pass, a ski-in, ski-out property just below Deer Valley’s Banner ski run. This area is serviced by a brand new high speed quad chairlift, the Silver Strike Express, which runs right through the center of the Village and transports skiers to the top of Flagstaff Mountain.
